Job Description
Manage office operations, correspondence, and school records.
Supervise administrative staff (reception, clerks, office assistants).
Assist in school budgeting, procurement, and expense tracking.
Maintain student and staff databases accurately and confidentially.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
Ensure school facilities, resources, and supplies are well managed.
Organize official meetings, events, and documentation (minutes, reports).
Handle parent and stakeholder inquiries professionally.
Ensure compliance with school policies and relevant regulations.
Other assigned tasks.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Prior experience in administration, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and school management systems.
Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
